Now you must have a reservation for dinner and in order to get the reservation you have to stand in one line for up to an hour or more only to get a reservation time for dinner, then return at the reservation time to stand in another line to get into the buffet. new reservation system is really lacking. We were so looking forward to the lobster buffet and what a disappointment. I really try to be positive and open minded when we visit restaurants and write reviews accordingly.
